SHIPPING: Products shown on ToolsOutlet.com are normally in stock an available for shipment, unless noted otherwise. Shipment to you is dependent on credit card acceptance and cardholder address verification. Occasionally, products may be out-of-stock. We will notify you by e-mail of any delays. All orders are placed in the shipping queue and shipped on a first-come basis, based again on credit card acceptance and address verification.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event you decide to cancel your order, please do so immediately. In the event you do cancel an order, cancellation is subject to the product having been shipped. If the product has been shipped there is no way for us to retrieve your order. Please follow our Return Goods Policy to receive credit to your account.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY: "IF WITHIN 30 DAYS YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, YOU MAY RETURN IT FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND; EXCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES."

To return a product, simply e-mail CUSTOMERSERVICE@TOOLSOUTLET.COM for a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT E-MAILING OR CALLING TO OBTAIN AN RMA-#. THIS IS TO ASSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT OR REFUND. (If you do, your return will be refused.) WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH THE RMA-number.

You will be charged a restocking fee for any product returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

***Do Not Write Anything On The Manufacturer's Original Packaging OR Use It As A Shipping Carton!*** MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE ALL ACCESSORIES, MANUALS And WARRANTIES!!! Also, please include a brief note, copy of the packing slip, or invoice explaining reason for the return.

Late returns, incomplete returns. or other returns with missing components, accessories, manuals, etc., will incur a 15%, or higher, restocking fee. We reserve the right not to accept returns after 60 days, or product that is deemed to have been used or abused by the recipient.

Again, our Refund and Credit Policy DOES NOT APPLY to product that has been deemed ABUSED, DAMAGED BY A CUSTOMER, RETURNED WITHOUT INSTRUCTION MANUALS or PRODUCT RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Warranty Claims are the responsibility of the individual manufacturer and are the responsibility of the respective issuing company. Warranty repairs are not handled by ToolsOutlet.com and product should not be returned to us for handling; this will only slow down the process. Please contact the manufacturer directly. This includes product that is received "dead-on-arrival"; this is considered a Warranty Claim.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS & CLAIMS: PLEASE INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT! Although ToolsOutlet.com takes every reasonable precaution to assure the safe arrival of your shipment, accidents or problems do happen. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS of the date of shipment. If there is a problem, you must notify the carrier immediately for inspection. It is your responsibility to file the damage report, or hidden damage report, with the carrier. Do not throw away any packaging material until instructed to by the carrier or ToolsOutlet.com.
